Due to the shelter-in-place order issued by the State Of California and the County Of Mendocino County Public Health department, we are temporarily closing our offices for routine dental treatment.
We are currently open to treat dental emergencies as defined by the American Dental Association for OUR PATIENTS OF RECORD. Your safety and health are paramount to us, and our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care safely to you and your family. Our team will be here to answer phone calls, so please call ahead if you require treatment.
If you do come in for treatment, please follow these guidelines:
- If you have any cold or flu symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, breathing difficulty, etc.) or have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms, please inform us and speak with your medical doctor.
- Before you come in, we ask that you rinse your mouth with an antimicrobial mouthwash.
- When you arrive, call us from the parking lot and remain in your car to minimize contact with other patients. We stagger our appointments to help with this as well. Once we are ready for you, a member of our team will come and get you.
During your treatment, we will maintain strict infection control by following the protocols of the CDC, WHO, ADA, CDA and OSHA. Your health and well-being are our highest concerns.
We encourage all of our patients and friends to take the extra steps necessary to guard your health and the health of others. If you are feeling ill, please call your regular physician, and if you are seriously ill, please call 911.
When we are allowed to provide routine dental care again, we will be there for you. For all current patients, if you have a question or a dental emergency, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Please stay healthy and safe. We are all in this together!
